Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information abirmolla.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Abir Molla, a conversion tracking consultant based in Bangladesh. If you have a question, email hello@abirmolla.com.
What I collect
- Form details you send: your name, email, website URL, platform, monthly ad spend range, your message and how you want me to reply. This comes from the quick check, contact, resource and newsletter forms.
- Booking details: if you book a call, the booking tool (Calendly) collects your name, email and chosen time.
- WhatsApp messages: if you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp shares your number and messages with me.
- Usage data: with your consent, analytics and ads tools record pages viewed, the device and browser used, approximate location and how you reached the site.
Why I use it
- To reply to you and do the quick check or work you asked for.
- To send the free resource you requested and, if you signed up, my newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, so I can improve the site and my ads.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
I rely on your consent for analytics, ads measurement and the newsletter, and on my legitimate interest in answering requests you send me and in running the site safely.
Cookies and tracking
Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta) only run fully after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time from the cookie settings button on the site.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your data. I use these services to run the site, and they process data on my behalf under their own privacy terms:
- Hostinger (website hosting)
- MailerLite (email and newsletter)
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager)
- Meta (ads measurement)
- Calendly (call booking)
- WhatsApp (chat)
Some of these companies store data outside your country. They use standard safeguards for international transfers.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together, in which case project records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email hello@abirmolla.com and I will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
